The mini size is perfect for my purse, but honestly the bristles work just as well as the full version on my thick hair. It glides through tangles without pulling, which is rare for a compact brush. I've already used it on two flights and it hasn't let me down.
It's small enough to toss in my carry-on but still detangles my thick hair in one pass, which honestly shocked me. The chrome finish on this mini version is also prettier in person than in the photos, and the poinsettia red is a fun pop of color.
I normally rip through hairbrushes in a month, but this little detangler hasn't snagged a single knot since I tossed it in my weekend bag. The chrome finish even survived a drop on tile without a scratch. It's tiny enough that I forget it's in my coat pocket until I need it.
